Fixed Surface Pressure and Temperature#
When the atm_option control has the value
'fixed_Psurf_and_Tsurf', MESA sets \(P_{\rm surf}\) and
\(T_{\rm surf}\) to the values specified by the
atm_fixed_Psurf and atm_fixed_Tsurf controls, respectively.
