New MESA SDK Version

Version 20140715 is now available for 64-bit Linux and OS X from the
`SDK
website <http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk>`__.
The ffmpeg encoder is now bundled with the SDK, allowing users to easily
make movies from the PNG files that MESA can create.
