Version 20160129 is now available for 64-bit Linux and OS X from the

website <http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk>`__.
If you upgrade you’ll get a shiny new gcc/gfortran 5.3.1 compiler).
