New MESA SDK Version

Version 20170921 `has been
announced <https://lists.mesastar.org/pipermail/mesa-users/2017-September/007956.html>`__
and is now available for 64-bit Linux and OS X from the `SDK
website <http://www.astro.wisc.edu/~townsend/static.php?ref=mesasdk>`__.

If you’re currently using the MESA SDK, there’s no immediate need to
upgrade. This release updates the gcc/gfortran compilers to version 7.2,
plus a number of other tweaks.
