Release 6794

Revision 6794 has been designated a MESA release version. This release includes changes to mixing, rotation, networks, and pgstar. This is the release that will be used in the 2014 MESA Summer School.

This release also defines a format for MESA defaults files, and provides new (to the web) documentation for star_job, controls, and pgstar.
